Recently Crowder Mortgage agreed to operate as a dba of Affiliated Financial Group, a division of Goldwater Bank NA. Goldwater Bank is a national bank. This change expanded the number and types of loan programs that we can make available to better serve our clientele. It also expands our reach into all 50 States.
Unlike most banks, we make available our own loan programs and those of every nearly major lender. If your request is a little "out of the box", we may have an alternative program for you. A big part of what we do is listening and asking questions. We assume that each client has a unique situation and we will do our best to tailor our recommendations to those requirements.
